Pods

Here are the first bits in a line of sci-fi and pulp scenery
that I'm sculpting myself. Try not to laugh too hard.
Large pods, five variants. 28mm and 15mm figs.
Small pods, four variants. Pendraken 10mm aliens.
Raw metal for those who dig that kinda thing.

We have copies of these ready, we just need to figure out prices.

Civilian Masters

A couple of days ago we got in a new box of masters in from the casters; soon we'll be
releasing some multipart modern civilians and some tikis/fetishes for pulp gaming.
Unfortunately the tikis are proving uncooperative when it comes to photography, so
they'll be up when I get them painted. Until then:

Top Left to Right: Girl with shopping bags/dual pistols,
Basketball Player with b-ball and energy drink/smg,
Skater with skateboard/sawn off shotgun,
Waitress with tray and towl/revolver.

Bottom Left to Right: Photographer with camera/sniper rifle,
Businessman with briefcase and cellphone/smg and bat
Businesswoman with cellphone and pda/shotgun,
Tourist with guidebook/rifle.

Here's a closer shot with just the bodies. You can see three of the four guys are a bit on
the tall side. :) They're sculpted by Brian Cooke.

I'm hoping to get some painted pics of these guys up in the next few days.
Estimated time of release is sometime around Cold Wars. I'm thinking they
could be sold as singles, a pack of one of each, and a pack of two of each body
with one set of weapons sprue. This should be the start of a busy year for us.

Damaged Files

Unfortunately the thumbnails I was going to use to update the store were damaged in transfer and it's a bit late tonight to fix it. The new comparisons will go up tomorrow.

Feb. Comparisons

Here are some more comparison shots I made today; they'll be
uploaded to the web store's gallery sometime tomorrow.

Colonials: (Left to right) Old Glory, Copplestone,
Tiger, Wargames Foundry

Zombies: (L) Wargames Factory, (R) Comfy Chair Games

More Zombies: (L) Horrorclix, (R) Victory Force

Note: The victory force miniature represents the larger end size wise
of their filler zombies. Most are a couple mm shorter.

Diecast Pulp Cars

We always look for interesting things to carry or produce here at Recreational Conflict, especially things that support the lines we already have.. Recently we've found a supply of Lledo Days Gone By cars and trucks appropriate for Interwar and Pulp type games. Mostly in 28mm though we have a few 15-20mm sized trucks and buses. They did pretty well for us at the Fall-In show, and again when we put them up online a week or two back. And yes, I know, I need to update here more often.

We have close to three dozen models available so take a look. Stock levels will vary considerably as these models are out of print (at least as far as I can tell) and we're limited to what we can find. Here's a couple of comparison pics from the site:

Update: Size comparison pics for the Lledo vehicles have been moved here. There are now some pictures for the 15mm and 20mm sized vehicles.
